- 120 g of twisted pasta (fusilli)
3 handfuls of spinach
1 bunch of chervil
1 can of tuna in oil
2 tablespoons dried tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparing SpringPasta Salad
Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to the time indicated on the box.Drain and refresh them under the tap.
Rinse, dry and hull the spinach.
Peel and chop the shallots.
Detach all chervil. Keep the stems and cut them roughly.
Drain the tuna oil. Pour it into the bowl of the mixer. Put the tuna on a plate and with a fork, separate the pieces.
Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes and place them in the bowl of the mixer.Add stems chervil, olive oil and blend until the mixture is crumbly in. Season the tomato pesto with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the pasta into a bowl, add the chervil, the spinach, the chopped shallots and pieces of tuna. Stir. Then pour the tomato pesto and mix.
