Prepare the dough for one of the recipes (or use the search menu on our website).Heat the pan, brush with butter and pour about one ladle of dough. Quickly spread it on the pan. If you suddenly do not have enough dough to distribute it around the bottom of the pan, just add another.
Cook over medium heat for about 40 seconds.
Flip the pancake to the other side (shoulder blade with your fingers or turn sweep pan), cook for about 30 seconds.
Repeat as per need.
