How to Fry Fish


  1. First, wash the fish and discard bones. Fish dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and place the fish skin side down (!). Cook over medium heat moderately 7 minutes.
    Gently turn the fish on the other side and cook for another 4-5 minute. When you think that is completely fried then serve it.
