3 Steps Procedure

Because laughter is contagious, this discipline is usually performed in a group, in laughter clubs. The sessions last approximately one hour and include three different types of exercises.

The first session is to force laughter through staged. Participants are invited to laugh, shaking the hand of their neighbor while looking him in the eyes , for example. This situation, a bit awkward, causes uncontrollable laughter that quickly relaxes the atmosphere.
