  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 yoghurt
  • 2 stalks of coriander
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 c. coffee ginger
  • 1 c. coffee coriander
  • 1 c. tablespoon paprika
  • 1 c. Coffee cumin
  • 12 skewers
  • salt and pepper

Preparation for Spicy Tandoori Chicken

1 Cut the chicken into small cubes.
2 Put the chicken pieces in a shallow dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3 Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
4 In a shallow dish, pour yogurt. Add garlic, onion, ginger, coriander, paprika and cumin.
5 Salt and pepper. Mix well.
6 Put the chicken pieces in this mixture and turn them several times to coat well.
7 Place in the fridge for 12 hours.
