for Tandoori Chicken
- 5 chicken breasts
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 yoghurt
- 2 stalks of coriander
- juice of one lime
- 1 c. coffee ginger
- 1 c. coffee coriander
- 1 c. tablespoon paprika
- 1 c. Coffee cumin
- 12 skewers
- salt and pepper
Preparation for Spicy Tandoori Chicken
1Â Cut the chicken into small cubes.
2Â Put the chicken pieces in a shallow dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3Â Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
4 In a shallow dish, pour yogurt. Add garlic, onion, ginger, coriander, paprika and cumin.
5 Salt and pepper. Mix well.
6Â Put the chicken pieces in this mixture and turn them several times to coat well.
