Ingredients

for Tandoori Chicken
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 yoghurt
  • 2 stalks of coriander
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 c. coffee ginger
  • 1 c. coffee coriander
  • 1 c. tablespoon paprika
  • 1 c. Coffee cumin
  • 12 skewers
  • salt and pepper

Preparation for Spicy Tandoori Chicken

1 Cut the chicken into small cubes.
2 Put the chicken pieces in a shallow dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3 Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
4 In a shallow dish, pour yogurt. Add garlic, onion, ginger, coriander, paprika and cumin.
5 Salt and pepper. Mix well.
6 Put the chicken pieces in this mixture and turn them several times to coat well.
7 Place in the fridge for 12 hours.
8 Preheat your oven grill position.
9 Cover a baking sheet with foil.
10 Drain the chicken pieces and sew them onto wooden skewers.
11 Place chicken skewers on the oven rack and bake by placing the grid over the plate.
12 Bake 40 minutes, basting skewers marinade and turning several times during cooking.
13 Sprinkle with cilantro.
14 Serve hot skewers.
