Whipped cream makes this milkshake wonderfully smooth and absolutely delicious, and it also gives the impression that it is light,
- 50 cl of chocolate ice cream
- 100 g higher dark chocolate, chopped
- 45 g of whipped cream
- 15 g chocolate chips for decoration
Method of preparation
In a blender, combine ice cream, chocolate pieces and 30 g of whipped cream. Mixer until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with 15 g of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
